December 2015 Update

This month we have seen God answer our previous prayer requests, and we are very thankful. November was an encouraging month when we were able to share this ministry at Reformed Baptist Church in Kalamazoo and at Calvary Church in Grand Rapids. God has also continued to bring additional families and church partnerships to us. We are so grateful! We are currently at 87% of our monthly support need. Will you pray with us that God will continue to work in His people to join the prayer and financial support team for this ministry? If you have a group of people (or just your family) who would like to learn more, please let us know. If you are considering partnership with us, will you ask God to clearly show you how you could be involved? Thank you!

Our one-time outgoing fund is about 60% funded. This is a fund that will pay for one-time costs such as language school, travel to Indonesia, a vehicle for our family, and enough funds to set up life in Indonesia. We appreciate your consideration regarding partnering with us on an annual or one-time basis as well. As we approach the end of the year, please know that contributions to TEAM are tax-deductible!

We are closing on the sale of our house on January 11th. Please pray with us that God will make it clear where we should live in the time span of four weeks between the house sale and our training at MTI in Colorado for the month of February.
In late January our plan is to complete and mail the extensive paperwork required to apply for student VISAS to Indonesia. This will require our monthly support to be at 100%. Please pray with us toward that end.
We look forward to the work God is calling us to at the Well of Joy Community Center. We look forward to the next several months as God continues to grow our faith, encourage us through His people, and use us as an encouragement to others. We are grateful for your continued prayer!

Romans 10:14-15a
How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent?
